Refund policy

All goods sold by ShinraiShoten are not refundable.

Return and refund will only be considered based on the conditions that the goods delivered are damaged, expired or wrongly delivered.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return and/or refund, you can contact us at sales@imcreations.com.sg. We will arrange for a pickup upon confirmation. 

If your return is accepted, we will processed and refund you the amount you paid for the product/s including tax and delivery charges if any, within 14 days of receiving your returned product/s.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns/refund on sale items.

Strictly no exchange of products.

Period : All issues concerning the returns/refunds of the product/s must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods, we will not accept any request for any issue raised after 7 days.
