Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate: SGD $5 for all orders below SGD $50.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of SGD $50 and above enjoy free delivery within Singapore.

Delivery Method

  • All orders are delivered directly by Shinrai Shoten’s own delivery team to ensure freshness and product quality.

  • A trusted third-party courier service may be engaged to fulfill the order in the event that our own delivery team is unable to fulfill the order delivery within reasonable time period.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery is 1-5 business days from the date we have secured your agreed date and time of delivery.

  • Delivery schedules may vary slightly depending on our route planning and your preferred delivery time slot.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to all accessible addresses within Singapore.

  • We do not deliver to restricted or high-security areas such as Jurong Island, army camps, or secured government facilities.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available to receive the delivery at the arranged time, re-delivery charges may apply.
