How to Prepare (Rehydration Method)
1. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
2. Soak in cold water for 7days, changing water every days. Please store in the refrigerator.
3.Use the opening left from gutting to make a slit and wash the inside thoroughly. Some sand may be present.
4. Boil gently for 1-2hour until desired softness.
5. Cook in soups, braised dishes, or festive recipes.
